To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All sale and promotional items purchased using a discount code are non refundable unless faulty. Online store credit will be issued on sale/promotional items.
Faulty Item Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note embellished items may lose diamantes/beading after wear or washing, this is the delicate nature of the item and is not deemed faulty. If you need to contact us regarding a faulty item, send a email to email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a signed for postal service or purchasing postal insurance, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us or guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID19 and the current high volume of orders we are experiencing, there may be delays of 1 - 3 working days in dispatching your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Some styles are currently on pre order due COVID19 effecting deliveries to our suppliers, therefore please check the items description when ordering and before contacting us to see the status of your shipment.
UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
UK Next Day Delivery (Order by 12 Noon -Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. Orders received after Thursday 12 noon, will go out for next day delivery on the Friday and will reach you on Monday as it excludes Saturday & Sunday delivery)

Next working day delivery is available to all UK mainland orders placed before 12 noon Monday – Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays)
If you order on a Friday for Next day Delivery – It will not be delivered until the Next Working Day, which is Monday Although we offer a Next Day Delivery Service occasionally the Courier or Royal Mail may be unable to deliver next day for reasons outside of their control and we cannot be held responsible.
We reserve the right to select the best delivery option for each parcel.
International orders may incur custom duties and taxes on the items, and we are not responsible for these charges. Should you reject a delivery because of customs charges we will deduct the cost of returning the item back to us from your refund. If the cost of returning the item is greater than the cost of the item we will authorise the item to be disposed of and no refund will be given.
